You can experience pure Dolce Vita here in the Nido Veronica, which translates as the cosy "nest" in the romantic little town of Bellano on the eastern shore of Lake Como. You are located directly on the lake on the 2nd floor of this lakeside property and have a magnificent view over the lake and of the mountains on the opposite shore. Enjoy the sunset on the furnished balcony across the entire width of the flat, and the fascinating lights that light up around the lake in the evening and at night and are reflected in the water .An oasis - also due to the original hammock. The house has several accommodation units, which are used for holidays, weekends and partly all year round. Often the flats are only partly occupied. In the neighbourhood are other residential buildings, the centre of Bellano with nice lakeside restaurants, wine shops and ferry landing stage. The lakeside road runs uphill.

Versatile bathing possibilities in the vicinity: to the lido with pool and to public, mostly shallow beaches it is approx. 300 m.

Light tiled floors, modern bathrooms, the double bedrooms and the open living area with large windows to the balcony welcome you with a lot of light and friendliness.

Via the flat entrance, you enter the open-plan living area with modern kitchen, dining area and sofa set facing the lake. From the living area you have access to the large balcony with dining table set, deck chairs and sun awning.

On the lake side is the double bedroom with small walk-in wardrobe and access to the balcony.
On the mountain and street side is the second double room and the two bathrooms, which are connected by a large shower.

International books and literature enrich your holiday.

Enjoy the pure atmosphere at the lake - early in the morning until late at night by candlelight. Dolce Vita sempre - the lake in all its colours. The holiday flats by the lake are well insulated and are a dream even in winter. The mountain-side second double room is only conditionally suitable for noise-sensitive guests.

You park on a covered private parking space within the complex.
