To ensure a seamless experience, please take note of the following details:
Access to the incredible amenities requires completing two essential applications: a mandatory membership transfer and a condo association application. These applications involve the submission of sensitive information directly to the HOA within three days of booking. These will be provided by the owner and host, Sheri Hickman, upon confirmation of the booking. I will get the paperwork to you.

Access information will be emailed to the email provided at booking. The garage inside is not included in this rental.

Welcome! To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules
1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and maintenance between guests.
2. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is specified in your booking listing. Please do not exceed this limit for overnight guests.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to respect our neighbors and other guests.
4. Pets
Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee.
5. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental. A fee of $2,500 will be charged if smoke is detected inside.
6. Parties and Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval from the property manager. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in removal from the property without a refund. No open fires allowed on the property at any time. No fireworks!!
7. Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy the outdoor amenities! Please leave these areas clean and orderly.
8. Fire Safety
No fires or fireworks are allowed on the property.

9. Kitchen Use
Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher before check-out.
10. Garbage and Recycling
Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins.
11. Parking
Park only in designated areas and do not block driveways.
12. Respect for Nature
Please help us preserve the natural beauty of the area by not disturbing wildlife, littering, or damaging plants and trees.
13. Security and Locking Up
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and when inside for the night. Follow any additional security guidelines provided.
14. Emergencies
In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately. For non-emergency issues, please get in touch with the property manager.
