Bassotta Beach Blockhouse with Garden

La Bassotta is on the upper tip of the lake in a sunny position only about 50 m from the lake on the Boschetto headland, which belongs to the municipality of Sorico. It is a comfortably divided holiday home with a large fenced garden with sun and play lawn, covered terrace, children's swing and shady trees. There are private holiday homes and lots of nature in the surrounding area.

A large sandy and meadow beach with a jetty is about 100 m away and a small sandy beach about 50 m away. Both beaches inspire with a wide view to the south of the lake.

Your holiday home is comfortably furnished in a modern country house style, has cotto tiles and brick interior walls.

The covered terrace leads you into the living area with large cosy dining area as well as the couch area with armchair and sofa bed (120 cm wide) and pellet stove as well as SAT-TV.
The brick Italian kitchen with granite worktops is richly equipped and has good cooking and tableware.

Off the living area is the bathroom with vanity and shower.
The living area leads into the double bedroom with large wardrobe.
From the bedroom you enter the small twin room with bunk bed and the bathroom with washbasin and toilet.

This holiday home offers versatile leisure and recreational value. Almost all water and mountain sports can be started from here. And for families with small or large children, a leisure oasis with lots of nature all around. The wind-protected garden is a wonderfully warm place to sunbathe in the early and late seasons. We ask you not to smoke in the house. For holidays with friends, there is the Girasole holiday home about 70 m away.

Your vehicle is parked in the garden on a parking space next to the house - there is also room for any boat trailers you may have brought with you. You can leave your own boats on the lake property of the house community on a trailer you have brought with you and put them in the water or leave them on the river side on the sandy beach shore (ask for a fee sticker from the municipality) or moor them in the marina of Gera Lario on the jetty - all on request.
