Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

We welcome up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, $50 for one dog, $100 for two. Please declare your pet(s) at booking so we can ensure the home is prepared for your arrival.

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you'll receive instructions after booking. To keep things neighborly on our quiet mountain road, please use the designated driveway for all parking. Our road is shared by a small community of homes, and street parking can make it difficult for residents to pass. We appreciate your thoughtfulness, it goes a long way with the neighbors!
