Escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet at our resort! Set on nearly 5,000 m² of park-like grounds with mature trees and direct access to the Peenestrom, an idyllic setting awaits you—the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life. A large lawn invites you to relax.
The high-quality maisonette apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people. An outdoor staircase leads to the apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a small hallway with a large built-in closet offering plenty of storage space. From here, you’ll find the bathroom, which features a bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Next to it is the first bedroom with a wide bunk bed (1.40 m wide on the bottom, 0.90 m wide on top) and a dresser with a flat-screen TV.

At the end of the hallway is the spacious living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. A large wooden dining table offers enough space for up to 6 people. A cozy couch and a throw pillow invite you to relax together in front of the large flat-screen TV. A fireplace ensures a cozy atmosphere even when the weather isn’t so great.
A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find a comfortably furnished bedroom with a wide box-spring bed and ample storage space.

Enjoy the evening sun on the small balcony on the first floor or relax on the furnished terrace in the garden overlooking the Peenestrom. Here you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea weather of the “Sun Island” as early as breakfast.

Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property to maintain the peaceful atmosphere and protect the cats on the property.

Ziemitz – Paradise on the Peenestrom:

Our paradise on the Peenestrom spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and an adjoining living room featuring a large couch area, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which includes a bathtub and washing machine, as well as the children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and TV, are also located here. The second bedroom, featuring a double bed, is on the top floor and can be reached via a staircase.
In the first-floor hallway, there is a large built-in closet with plenty of space for all your vacation belongings.
In the apartment’s private basement storage area, you also have the option to store your personal items, such as your bicycles or a stroller.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire apartment.
For our little guests, a high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge; if needed, please let us know when booking so that our on-site service partner can have everything ready for them.
You can add linen packages (bed linens and towels) for an additional fee; please specify this when booking or let us know at least 7 days before your arrival.

One well-behaved dog is welcome; if you have multiple dogs, please contact us first.
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a security measure, and will, of course, be refunded to you once the accommodation has been returned in good condition.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, including children up to 14 years old, for a wonderful stay on the sunny island of Usedom. Toddlers up to 3 years old stay here for free!
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This deposit is due along with the final payment, serves as security, and will of course be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
