Trawler will be Nestled in a Cove off St Thomas

You will be transported from the dock on our 43 ft Trawler to a beautiful Cove off the coast of St Thomas USVI, where pizza can be delivered to the vessel, and a Captain with 45 years of experience can take you snorkeling and/or fishing for an extra fee. The trawler stays in the cove during your stay and the owner will be on call at a the marina to transport you to nearby islands throughout your stay! The refrigerator and freezer can be stocked with your favorite food and drink, too!

The space
Our Mainship 43 Ft, 1999 Trawler is spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. We know because we have a two teen grandchildren and when we stay in the cove, we’ve all got our own space!

You can swim right off the boat in crystal clear Caribbean water.

We will supply the floats!

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire trawler, including a en-suite queen bedroom, a v-berth cabin and a crew cabin with 2 small beds (great for kids!). Those forward cabins share a bath with a shower.

It’s easy on and off the boat by the swim platform ladder but you need to be mobile…..the boat has starlink so WIFI is always available!

The Caribbean Sea water in the cove is calm and you’ll enjoy the company of a few other boats who choose to charter out to the cove for their vacation, too!

The generator can be used in case you need to cook in board or use the a/c in the bedrooms. Generator use will be limited to 3 hours per day.

Need to go ashore to St. Thomas or St. John? Call the Captain and he will come to transport you up to twice each day at no extra cost.

You will need to sign a liability waiver and be responsible or your safety in the water. The Captain is also a medic, so he will only be minutes away!

Other things to note
You can rent a car from the airport on St. Thomas to take a taxi to the marina on the East End where the Captain/Owner will take you to the trawler on his 19 ft fishing boat. It’s about a 10 minute boat ride from the marina to the cove. There, you’ll board the trawler for your stay! The Captain will be at the marina and at your service throughout your stay. You can fish, swim, snorkel and have pizza delivered to the boat (weather permitting).
For an extra fee, the Captain (with 40 years of experience in these waters) will take you out on his fishing boat to fish, scuba dive and/or snorkel with all supplies included. He will even provision the boat and provide you a list of all available items, along with their costs from which to choose.

The trawler will remain in the cove during your stay. You’ll be less than 10 minutes from St. Thomas AND St. John US Virgin Islands.
