Our vacation apartment B14 "Kapitän Hook" is a 60 sqm three-room apartment on the ground floor of a vacation house in the vacation complex in Gustow. The apartment is furnished in Scandinavian style. It is bright and cozy and was renovated and refurnished in 2022. It can accommodate up to six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa with an armchair and a side table. The living room also features a dining table with six chairs, a sideboard, a smart TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, JBL radio and Bluetooth speaker and some nice lamps for indirect, cozy lighting. A large window front with a door that opens the way to your own sun terrace and garden, lets a lot of light into the living room. From the living room, a small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms has a large window front with door, which floods the room with light and opens the way to the second terrace of the apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed (2 mattresses of 90 cm width each) including inlets. In addition to the bed, the room has a large closet, which provides plenty of storage space, and a storage table with mirror. The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm wide double bed (1 mattress) including inlets, a closet and a dresser with mirror. If the apartment is occupied by more than four people, the sofa in the living room can be expanded to a sleeping place for two more people (1 mattress, inlets available). In addition, all windows of the living room and bedrooms are equipped with shutters that darken and insulate. The large light-filled country-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, in addition to an oven, cooktop and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and has enough storage space. In the basement of the apartment you will find bicycles (3x aluminum folding bike, 1x 28er touring bike and 1x "Pucky" children's bike), a tricycle, a barbecue, sand toys and a children's buggy.

A highlight of our vacation apartment "Kapitän Hook" is the large private garden with two sun terraces. The terraces are equipped with a modern table and four comfortable chairs and two deck chairs. The garden is embedded in bushes and shrubs to the sides, which also provide privacy. In addition, the garden is surrounded by a wooden fence. From the terraces the view opens into the garden of the vacation home, which is delimited from the neighboring properties by trees, bushes and shrubs, which also contribute to the privacy screen. In addition, the vacation home has its own parking space.

The apartment is especially suitable for vacations with children. In addition to a children's travel bed with inlets and bedding, there is a children's high chair, a buggy, a tricycle, a children's bike, garden and sand toys, a beach shell, a large collection of different board games, a Playstation 2 and a Nintendo Wii. In the kitchen there is a bottle warmer including two bottles and a blender.

Our vacation apartment "Kapitän Hook" B14 is located in Gustow in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and offers numerous and varied shopping opportunities, a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, a cinema and several museums, including the Oceanographic Museum Ozeaneum. A natural beach, surrounded by reed beds, is a 20-minute walk away. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore and bank can be found either in Stralsund or in Garz, which is a 15-minute drive from Gustow and is the oldest village on the island. In the natural harbor of Gustow, which is about 20 minutes walk from the apartments, there is a small bistro with a sun terrace and the possibility to rent a small motorboat for a fishing trip or a trip on the water. Also about 20 minutes walk from our apartments is the hotel and manor house Kajahn. The Kajahn family has been managing the farm and the surrounding land for many years and offers its guests, besides game specialties, cakes and ice cream, many animals but especially horses and the possibility of a trial riding lesson or a ride. In Gustow's neighboring village Poseritz there is a dairy where you can stock up on fresh and homemade dairy products, eggs and jams and also stop for coffee and and cake. The beach resorts Sellin, Baabe, Binz, Prora and Sassnitz and the Jasmund National Park with the Königsstuhl can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes by car.
