Welcome to the newly renovated, quietly located “Ferienwohnung Erika” in the town of Gollwitz. In this house you will find space for up to 5 people, leaving little to be desired.

A bedroom with a double bed and a cot, as well as a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed offer you restful nights.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and kettle offers everything you need.
There are two living rooms in this apartment, one of which is modernly furnished and equipped with a TV. The second living room is furnished in a nostalgic style with antique furniture and a sofa set and invites you to fun game evenings. All living rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet child seat as well as a washing machine.

A high chair and a children's travel cot are available in the house and, if you order them, we will be happy to set them up for your little ones before they arrive.

Enjoy the spacious garden with a wind-protected seating area as well as a swing, sandpit, barbecue area, garden furniture and a fruit tree meadow (many birds and insects buzz around in this fruit tree meadow) while the children play. You are welcome to bake yourself a delicious fruit cake using the baking utensils provided by the owner.
