The Space:

Inside, two stories of open living invite you to gather, unwind, and recharge after a day of theme‑park adventures. Evenings drift into relaxed game nights and shared meals, framed by the gentle hum of the community pool in the distance.



Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 offers a king bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and Bedroom 3 two single beds, each bedroom comfortably sleeping two people. The layout balances privacy and togetherness, making it easy for families or small groups to rest and recharge.



Outdoor living

The open patio, provides a calm perch for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks. Community amenities include a pool and a gym, both accessible year‑round, and free parking is available on the premises.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a dining table, and all the essentials you need to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a quiet dinner at home. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable in Central Florida’s warm climate. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace let you stay connected, while TVs throughout the home offer relaxed evenings indoors. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival.



Community amenities

Beyond the balcony, you can dip into the community pool, work out in the gym, or simply stroll the walkable streets of the gated Reunion community. The setting feels both private and welcoming, with a sense of resort‑style ease.



Neighborhood & location

Reunion sits just six miles from Disney, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive away. Outside the gates, a variety of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions showcase the best of Central Florida. Whether you’re here for theme‑park thrills or a relaxed getaway, the location balances quiet surroundings with easy access to the region’s top experiences.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
