Come stay in a house that Ben and Erin remodeled on Season 7, Episode 10. Located close to town, enjoy what this 2-bedroom (with king beds) house has to offer. After exploring downtown, come home and soak in the oversize bathtub or shower in the "green seaglass" shower and then watch your favorite shows on our 55 inch TV. Enjoy cooking something special using the Viking appliances while enjoying the beautiful blue flowered tile above the stove. With 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms each one featuring a shower and bathtub, and essential amenities like a hair dryer, iron, Keurig, and WiFi, you can let your worries go and relax on the huge back deck while sipping your favorite drink. Whether you're looking to unwind in the tranquil surroundings or explore the local area, this property provides the ideal setting for a quiet retreat and a memorable stay. Beverly was the perfect hostess and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Her list of things to do and restaurants was invaluable. The Bolton Golf Cart Tour with DJ and lunch at Mimmo’s Restaurant were the best.

Don and Beverly were the most gracious and helpful hosts. From check in, making restaurant and shopping recommendations, they were there for us throughout our stay at Southern Charm 3. We loved our visit to charming Laurel and staying at a Hometown renovation was the icing on a delicious cake!

The beds were so comfy. The bathtub was huge and I loved the shower but couldn’t adjust the direction of the shower head because I wasn’t tall enough. The description of the cottage was totally accurate.

The hosts were so inviting and paid attention to all the details! The house is beautiful and full of charm and character! Lovely front porch and peaceful back yard.
