Welcome to the Cottage at Mason Park!

Located across from the beautiful Mason Park in Laurel with its fenced dog park!

It is beautifully furnished with some antiques and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch.

1.2 miles to downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane.

Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants.

Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.

1.4 miles from 5 new tennis courts located at Daphne Park.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage at Mason Park. House was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Not really enough room if we had 4 adults but the couch would work for a couple of kids. We brought our dog and the proximity to the dog park was fantastic. We went several times a day and our dog made a new friend that he played with several times. The downside was the ester pressure in the shower was lacking and parking was tight but we made it work. Could use done sprucing up outside as the appearance made us initially question what the inside would be like. Some fresh paint and handrails on the porch and a little raking would make a lot of difference. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except water pressure and parking is tight, it’s off a busy road which was convienant but I’d prefer a quieter area, the cottage itself was adorable and very clean, we absolutely loved Laurel and will come back, cute town and very friendly

Verbo was helpful in getting answers from my host to me which answered my questions. I had been told I would receive check -in and keyless code 3 days before arrival. check in info was great, but having to wait till 30 minutes with code was unsettling for us. We had never incountered this before with VRBO/.

It is an absolutely awesome place to stay. Private, very close to historic downtown, cold AC and beautiful antique furniture throughout. Only downside, little parking, a very narrow driveway (drive a small SUV or car if possible), and the driveway is not lit or labeled, so in the dark, you can't tell which house it is. But, we will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

Charming cottage

The cottage has everything you could possibly want for a great stay, including sofa for the dog, food bowls and blankets! The location is across from the park in beautiful surroundings. Keyless entry makes for an easy check in.Having a washer and dryer there is a bonus even though we didn’t need it for our short stay.

Great hidden retreat

Loved the place and the charm. It was clean and well sticks including snacks. My only complaint is the bed is more firm than my liking and the parking is tight. All in all, I will definitely book again!

Great location!

This was by far the cleanest and best decorated rental house we have stayed at. The park across the street was a pleasant surprise. The location was also in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown Laurel.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It was very well stocked. The drinks and snacks provided were greatly appreciated. We loved the thick plush towels!
