Would definitely stay here again. The condo has a great floor plan and beautiful view of the beach and sea. Our host Alejandro was awesome. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Alejandro was an amazing host. Friendly, Super attentive and truly enhanced our Vacation. If going be sure to ask for him. Place was amazing. Clean, we'll equipped, and breathtaking views of the sea if Cortez. Entire resort was spectacular and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough. Thanks Alejandro

Was good trip, jacuzzi did not work and was the selling point on booking the trip, they offered me 15% off next time but nothing off the large amount we paid only a extra night free but we all had to go home. Not sure I’ll use it but better than nothing I guess.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing it was to be unable to enjoy the hot tub, especially since it was a key reason for your booking. The hot tub itself was functioning, but the recent storm damaged the surrounding safety railing, making the area unsafe to use. The railing has since been repaired. Although the storm damage was beyond our control, we recognize the impact on your stay. We offered a complimentary extra night and understand your schedule prevented you from accepting it. We also offered 15% off a future visit and would welcome the opportunity to provide the experience you originally hoped for.
