Very nice villa with thoughtful accessories available from the host. Wonderful rooftop deck that we enjoyed and saw two shooting stars. Ac unit is a bit noisy when running and water temp in showers was not as hot as desired. Overall great place and hope to visit again.

Great location in wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our well stocked kitchen and location in the complex. The villa is next door to the bar and pool buy still just a short walk to the beach. Very pleasant.

Fantastic resort and Villa

We have friends that own a condo on the property and have continued to come bavk onve a year as this is the best property in Rock Point. This Villa is roght next to the bar with live music in the evening. We loved the music and the Villa is clean and in good shape.

Great Trip!

Communication was fast and easy. Heidi was extremely responsive to a couple questions we had while at the Villa. Villa was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Hreat to have all the chairs and toys in the garage to use. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Property

Communication was great, location was great, and property was great! Wonderful time spent at this property. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Location is right next to the pool which was great for the kids who always wanted to get in and out all day! House was clean and well stocked! Lots of pool towels and beach accessories. Will definitely be back!

Accessible and beautiful

It was the perfect amount of room for me and my guests and the management at the resort was awesome. The only thing was our host was a little slow to get back to me when getting into the villa but we figured it out so it was okay. Everything about the villa was perfect but the beach the property was on was really rocky. I would definitely stay here again for a relaxing weekend with friends.

Luxury at its best

I stayed here with some friends for a bachelor party. The house was a jaw dropper for us all. Cool architecture and great amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our visit. Having the access to the resort was a bonus for us. We will definitely be back with our families.

Perfect Villa

25 of us at Bella for Fall break. Our unit was by far the nicest. Very clean and well stocked. The kayaks, SUP’s, lawnchairs etc were so nice to have there. Patio is very private and shady. Rooftop patio was great for sunsets. We’ll be back!!!

The Villa was more amazing in person than the pictures!

Our family enjoyed all the beach equipment and the kayaks that were included. Plus we weren’t expecting to have extra hair and body products available. Not only that coffee was there...so happy with this place. Sorry I forgot to list the most important it is close to the swim-up bar and pool! The employees were amazing as well. Seriously, this was a fantastic family trip in a beautiful home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Perfect Location

This property is in great location and was well equipped for almost every need. We had a group of 9 that included 3 children from ages 2-11 and it was perfect for all of us. The only thing that I was personally bothered with was that the cleaning services did not wash the bedding in one of the master bedrooms, thankfully there is a washer and dryer available in the villa for our use so I was able to take care of that myself although I had to stayed up late to do it since it was noticed at bedtime.

Spectacular!

Awesome! We have stayed at Bella Sirena several times in the past, but this property went beyond our expectations. The property owners provided more than what you would expect a rental to provide, the condo was stocked with amenities as if they themselves were living there on a daily basis. Family that came down from Washington for their first visit to Mexico were totally blown away. Thank you Jim and Heidi for providing them a vacation they will never forget. Chuck!

privacy and comfort in the middle of everything

This was beautiful. Despite it being right next to the main pool and restaurant (which is a huge benefit), somehow maintains tremendous privacy. The outdoor space is perfect. The rooftop deck was really enjoyable as well. We cooked a lot and always had everything we needed in terms of supplies, appliances, etc. some short term rentals are extremely stingy with supplies, such as toilet paper or trash bags or even cleaning supplies so that we can keep the kitchen clean on our own, but that is not the case here. The host keeps this villa just perfectly prepared and supplied. My whole party absolutely loved this place and I hope we can visit again.

Hola Amigos! We are Jim and Heidi Anderson and we are the owners of Villa 11. Jim grew up in Vancouver BC Canada and I (Heidi) grew up in Tulsa Oklahoma. We met on vacation in California and have been married over 23 years. Our son Ashton is 31 and handles much of the management of this property for us. We started our merchant services business together right after we married and have worked together ever since. We now live in Peoria, AZ and spend as much time as possible in Puerto Penasco!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with Puerto Penasco a few years ago on a spontaneous trip that left us wanting to stay forever. On a walk down the beach we spotted Bella Sirena and thought it was the most beautiful place in Rocky Point. Thinking that we would like to stay there some day we never imagined we would be fortunate enough to actually own a property there. We bought our first condo last summer and the more we stayed there the more we fell in love with Bella Sirena. We heard that this villa was coming up for sale and jumped on the opportunity to have a 3 bedroom luxury home in paradise!

Bella Sirena is a special place. We call it mi querencia. We looked at other properties and, while they are nice, Bella Sirena feels like a beautiful home. The grounds are lush and so well maintained. The condos and villas are built with luxury and quality in mind. The pools are kept sparkling clean and there are 5 so one can pick the one that best suits their mood for the time.

Bella Sirena is very secure with guard gated entrance and guards at the beach entrance. They are kind to guests but firmly keep out anyone who is not supposed to be there. We always feel safe.
