The Sanctuary is located within the gated Bella Vida Resort, just 9 miles from Disney World. Guests will access the house using a keypad with a unique code, active only during their reservation. The guests have full access except for seven locked supply closets.

As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated to 88 degrees. Please note that during cold nights/days, the water may not be able to reach 88 degrees. Pool floats and toys are available for guest use and located in the pool area.


There is an additional charge of $40 for use of the outdoor BBQ grill, which goes to the cleaners and the purchase of propane. Please reach out if you would like to use the grill


The house includes four parking spots. If you need extra parking, a small lot is available just down the street. Please follow the posted parking rules, which will also be provided on the door. We are not responsible for any vehicles towed due to parking violations.
