This charming condo is located in the Brookhaven community near Okemo ski resort and is less than nine miles from Okemo State Forest. With close access to skiing and hiking, this location is the perfect destination for outdoor adventurers any time of year. Step inside the condo into the cozy living room, complete with plush furniture and television for movie nights. Warm up by the wood-burning fireplace after a full day on the slopes. Head into the kitchen to whip up your favorite meals and snacks. Gather with your loved ones at the dining table and enjoy a meal together. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and a community pool.

Convenient, clean and equipped

Great location, convenient to everything and well equipped. Clean and comfortable. In fact, my only complaint was a lack of matches for the fireplace, which really doesn’t count as a complaint at all. 9.9 out of 10, definitely will come back.

Lovely Condo, as described and great communication

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The home was exactly as described; very clean, cozy, great location and ease of parking/access to the unit. Comfy living/dining room area, GREAT wood burning fireplace with a huge pile of wood literally right outside the main door of the unit. Easy 50 yard walk from parking to the unit with a well lit walking bridge to enhance the experience.We encountered a few small issues during our stay but found the management company extremely responsive, regardless of the hour, and our concerns were immediately addressed. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to ski Okemo or just hang in the surrounding area. Cheers,Walker Family

Nice, clean and cozy

We had a very nice stay for our snowboard trip. This pet friendly condo is only 5 mins away from the Okemo Mountains. The unit is clean and cozy, well stocked kitchen and we like the homey decor. Convenient to all and there are couple restaurants across and within 700 feet away from the complex. One small thing, if there is a bench by the door would have been perfect and easier to put on and take off ski/snowboard boots. I will definitely rent this again for our next snowboard trip.

Listing doesn’t do it justice

We had an excellent stay. The outdoor living space is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice, and we couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. The inside was very clean and the recently remodeled kitchen was spacious enough for all of us. House is located 8/10 minutes away from the town center which we thought was perfect. Overall, no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Covid reunion

After 18 months apart we were able to enjoy our children and grandchildren. The property was challenging for my husband and I (both 75) but no problem for the kids. Lake Rescue is a relaxing location for a family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the home is lovely. We skied at Okemo and the house is closer to the Jackson Gore base which my family prefers. We fit in a walk on the frozen lake as well. and the ladies found the time to do a little shopping. masks and sanitizer in hand of course.the fact that the furnace broke was really not a fault of the homeowner. It was all repaired in a few hours from reporting the issue. Well managed with no drama. There was ample firewood and the wood burning stove works well. Plenty of nice bedding although we would have liked a few more blankets. The kitchen is amazing. Nicely stocked with plenty of room. Service for 8. We had dinner and played cards on the large island. We talked about coming back in the summertime to experience the lake. Cheers.

The location and outside space of this house was lovely. The newly-renovated kitchen was adequate. (There is a refrigerator in the basement.) The island was perfect for our family of seven. Newer, better quality pots and pans would be helpful. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit in the house. Old, worn-out furniture that has been covered is not comfortable. Add new furniture and cookware, and you’ll have a real gem. The professional cleaning and sheets and towels were very good.

Great decks

The best part of this property was the deck overlooking the lake. Other aspects (living space, yard) were serviceable but not great. The listing said they provided a stand up paddle board which was actually a win surfer without the sail and with no paddle. We ended up having to rent them.
