Enveloped by beautiful mountain views, this three-story home provides a year-round escape filled with outdoor adventure. Walk to the Sugarbush Resort lifts in the winter months to ski premier slopes. In warmer months, the resort offers more mountain activities, such as mountain biking, golf, and scenic lift rides. During your stay, you'll also enjoy community access to a shared pool and tennis court.

Unwind into vacation mode on the comfort of your spacious deck. Kick back with a good book while you soak in lovely mountain views, or fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue. Large windows invite natural light into the living room where a wood-burning fireplace sits center stage. Flip channels on the smart TV while the chef in your group prepares family-style meals in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table.

For a reasonable daily fee, you can access amenities at the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC). Amenities include a gym, indoor/outdoor pools, a racquetball court, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, a rock climbing gym, a steam room, and a sauna.

Great place to stay! We came in the summer had basically the whole complex to ourselves. Great to use the pool to cool off in the afternoon. Close to Waitsfield, Warren, Waterbury, this house provided us with a great base to explore Vermont. We are thankful for the fans - they were very helpful in the heat. Overall this was a great house for our family and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great spot at Sugarbush!

This home is a wonderful place to stay during a vacation to Sugarbush and the surrounding area. It is immaculately kept, warm, and inviting. It is clear that the owners personally use this home themselves and it's not just a place used to make a few bucks with renters.

Well maintained property had everything we needed. Our only problem was usually, helpful directions are left at the property, and we found none. As the listing states, there are stairs (43 of them) between the car and the front door.

Nice stay, with issues.

Clean, cozy with great showers and beds. The washer and dryer held up to our work load. The grill is a big plus. The stairs from the parking area can be dangerous as the are poorly lighted and the wood runners tend to hold the frost and snow. The stairs are also no joke. All luggage must be carried down 43 steps of varying lengths. Pack lightly. Also, no internet.

Peaceful condo in Mad River Valley

My husband and I stayed here for a week after our wedding and it was wonderful! Pros: Very peaceful, comfortable, and close to hiking, nearby towns, etc. The pool was an added bonus and we always had it to ourselves. Cons: The condo could use a deep clean. The bathrooms weren’t exactly spotless (lots of hair in the shower, nail clippings by the sink, and toothpaste spray on the mirror). The owners might also consider sequestering some of their belongings to one or two closets. Dressers had toys, hair, or clothes in them, and all closets were stuffed full and we couldn’t use them. We ended up keeping our belongings in our suitcases, which was a bit of a bummer with almost a weeklong stay. The stairs by the entrance may pose an issue to those with mobility issues. Overall, great stay and would return!

Can’t beat the fall colors!

The home was very clean and roomy. Enjoyed several wonderful wood fires and explored a lot of quaint little towns all around. I thought the brightest fall color was right where we were at. House had everything we needed. The only barrier for someone would be all the stairs.

Stairway Awareness

We were given the wrong code for the lockbox. There is a Long stairway down to the house from the road where you’ve parked. That could be a risk for many people. Should be made clear to all renters up front.

Fun on the Mountain

Beds very comfortable, house clean, and kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils and small appliances. House was set up well on three floors with a comfortable living room and dining room with a nice table. Access steps and indoor steps may not be suitable for some. But we had a wonderful time here.
