This well-appointed mountainside chalet is super-close to the gondola square, making it the perfect place to spend a ski weekend with friends, far from the hassles and concerns of everyday life. You'll be super close to the gondola square and will even have quick access to a free city bus to take you downtown!

Located on the top floor, Lodge at Steamboat B304 is a family friendly condo offering deluxe amenities throughout, great views, and easy access to the base area. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Dine together or play board games at the dining table with seating for six, and then gather in the living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a TV, warming gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable leather furniture, all illuminated by a wall of windows. Additionally, this home has a furnished balcony for outdoor dining or just sitting and breathing in some of that fresh mountain air.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. There are a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom as well as an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to an en suite bathroom.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. If you have any questions during your stay, our friendly on-site staff is ready to provide world-class service!

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Great place!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect and the rooms were very clean. Plenty of extra clean towels as well. The sink in the twin bedroom wasn’t draining but other than that everything was perfect!

Well designed and clean.

A nicely designed condo w decks from two bedrooms, a nice fireplace, and an open concept. Hot tubs and pool were close by. We will come back.

Steamboat Gravel Race

It was a great condo. Definitely be aware that there is no air conditioning in the unit. There are box fans that make the unit more comfortable and tunes out load neighbors. Everything was clean and nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place - very helpful staff!

Loved the condo and beautiful windows throughout. The staff was especially helpful and responsive. Kaylee went out of her way to help us unload our gear and groceries by coming up to our unit to help carry everything up to the 3rd floor. She was amazing. It was entirely her own idea.

Overall great stay

This one level, 3rd floor condo was a good fit for our group of 7-2 adults and 5 kids over 2 families. Really great access to the resort, I imagine is great during the winter. If visiting in summer, take note that there's no a/c and it's a third floor with no elevator, but the fans are mostly adequate to cool down the place at night (overnight lows for us were 40s-50s, daytime highs were 80-90). There was ample kitchen appliances and some spices provided, we appreciated the table that sat 6 people. We were out and about during our time so we didn't mind that it's a little small for the amount of people it sleeps, but for a summer getaway and having the pool, it was a good deal.

People should know there’s no air-conditioning and the condo stays over 80° overnight during hot weather. There were two fans one of which was totally broken. The linens are of medium quality. I expected more for the price and the rating. Overall I would say it was OK.

Well appointed and overall comfy place

Overall the place was clean, had all of the required conveniences and kitchen appliances, and fairly conveniently located. Long and the short of it; I would stay here again. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to work with when we had questions. Nice to have the ski locker. Hot tubs (2 of them) just two flights below the condo and the pool right around the corner. A couple of minor issues to mention: There was a large stain on the carpet in bedroom #2. There could be more coat hooks in the entryway for jackets and outerwear. The shared grills barely worked (maybe got up to 300F on the highest setting). But all three of those minor issues were greatly outweighed by the rest of the place. 5 stars for sure

Lodge at Steamboat

Process of renting and communication with property management team was excellent. The shuttle service to mountain base area was the best we have experienced. Always available with minimal wait time. Our unit was clean and functional. The property common grounds, stairwells to units and exterior ski lockers were what one would expect for 40 year old property, somewhat dated.
