Villa Roza in Central Istria with whirlpool and playground for kids - pet friendly

Villa Roza is a newly built holiday villa with pool in a modern yet rustic style on the outskirts of the village of Basici, which is 18 km from Porec and its beaches. The villa was built in 2015 and is located on a 1.100 m2 plot with lawn and olive trees.

Villa Roza can accommodate up to 8 people and is divided into 170 m2 of living space on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room, a sofa bed for two people, a dining table for 10 people, an air-conditioned bedroom for two people with a queen-size bed, satellite TV and a shower room with seperate toilet.

On the first floor there are two more air-conditioned two-person bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a pull-out couch for additional sleeping possibility. 

Down on the ground floor you come out from the living room to the large terrace, where there is a dining table with an open fireplace. Here you can prepare great tasty dishes and enjoy the warm summer evenings. A summer kitchen with sink is available next to the fireplace.

Outside there is covered parking for 3 vehicles.

Villa Roza promises a beautiful view of the green forests and hills in the area. There are no sunshades at the pool but a large sunshade.

You have the possibility to rent bicycles on request.

In the garden, the large 40 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers invites you to pleasant sunbathing, the pool is open just during the summer months. 

In the evening, the breathtaking view from the pool promises you pure romance and many loving hours.

If you prefer to simply enjoy the whirlpool, then take a glass of wine and relax in the warm whirlpool with a romantic view.

For the children there is a children's playground with a trampoline and lots of green space to let off steam and jump.
