Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with natural light and showcase the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Settle into the plush furnishings, curl up with a good book beside the wood-burning stove, or relax with a favorite show on the large TV after a day outdoors.

This home was perfect for our family ski trip! The location was good, and the space of this home allowed us to spread out and have some room. The game room was great! We had a pool tournament and played board games!

Absolutely perfect!

This cabin is not only picture perfect but ideal for a small to big family get away. The management team was very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We'll be back!!

Overall good stay

The home is large for a big family and has everything you need. It is in a great location and has nice views. We enjoyed the playing pool and soaking in hot tub. The home just wasn't very clean and shows a lot of use. Overall, would stay again but some deep cleaning and updates is needed.

Spacious home in Pagosa Springs

We loved how much room we had and the pool table and Blackstone grill were awesome!! We cross country skied at West Fork, tubing/sledding at Wolf Creek Pass and enjoyed 3 powder ski days at Wolf Creek. Love Pagosa Springs and Rif Raf Brewing. We will be back!!

Granada

The house is beautiful, big and spacious. We had 9 people in our crew and never felt crowded. Front and back decks were enjoyable. Walk out deck on the bottom floor was very nice. Loved the pool table, used it all weekend. Great location.

Grandkids and Colorado

Wonderful home with a magnificent back porch - great for watching the wildlife. We had deer walk through the back yard along with squirrels and many birds. Lovely home that was quite adequate for our needs - multi generations and everyone was happy with arrangements, beds and living areas. We would definitely rent here again.

Sibling Vacation

We plan a sibling vacation every 2 years. Our brother's picked Pagosa springs for the off road trails. The house was amazing. The upper and lower decks were nice for viewing the deer and wild Turkey's. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. I would absolutely recommend this house if you are planning a vacation to Pagosa Springs Co. Also you are minutes from down town main street, and also from a Walmart for anything you might have forgotten or need.

Well IM recovering from knee surgery. Just started therapy so rains are a must. I would also suggest high toilet seats. Minor repairs for shower doors no But loved the home. handles in shower

Awesome Home

very nice, clean comfortable home. I would recommend some grab bars around the bathtub in the master bath. very dangerous and slippery when that tile gets wet. The grill outside was not clean, but other than that it was great. It would have been nice to have instructions in writing in the home instead of having to log into the account. I would definately stay there again!

Vacation

We came to Colorado and needed a large house to accommodate our family. The house had plenty of room. Several of us has to connect to wifi to do some work throughout the week, and it was hard to get any work done. Also, during the summer this house gets pretty hot with no AC. Other than those things, this house fit our needs.

Pros - lots of space and beds, large driveway and garage for parking options, no major issues with comfort/functionality Cons - kitchen sink faucet was very loose and required 2 hands to turn on and from hot/cold; dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes (towels in master bath were folded and put away damp prior to our arrival so we washed and dried them again); could have stocked basic household items (we bought toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap as there either wasn’t any or 1 roll of each for 11 person property); WiFi was pretty spotty, had multiple issues with the error message “WiFi network CenturyLink8056 does not appear to be connected to the internet”
