Escape to the shores of Village Lake at this spacious lakefront retreat, where private lake access, mountain views, and inviting spaces make it easy to enjoy Pagosa Springs in every season. Step right from the backyard to the lake to launch a kayak, cast a line for trout, paddle around the cove, or simply relax beside the water and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, expansive picture windows fill the home with natural light while framing views of the lake and San Juan Mountains. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for a larger group easy, while comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces give everyone plenty of room to relax together or find a quiet spot of their own.

When it's time to unwind, step onto the covered porch and enjoy the private hot tub while taking in panoramic mountain views. As evening arrives, gather around the outdoor fire table beneath the stars or settle in after a day of exploring and enjoy the warmth and scenery from the comfort of home.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and towel warmer. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each offer a king bed and vaulted ceilings, with one bedroom offering the flexibility to convert its king bed into two Twin XL beds.

Village Lake provides a peaceful setting for enjoying the outdoors, while Pagosa Springs offers plenty to explore nearby. In summer, spend the day on the water, hike scenic trails and waterfalls, or head into town for dining, galleries, and the area's famous hot springs. Fall brings crisp mountain air and colorful foliage, while winter and spring offer easy access to Wolf Creek Ski Area and its renowned powder and varied terrain.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, gathering with multiple families, or a getaway with friends, this lakefront home provides a memorable setting for enjoying the beauty and recreation of Southwest Colorado in any season. Located just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs.

This was a great property! It had everything we needed with some extra bonuses. I have three boys and they annoyed the extra space outside to run around, the fishing and kayaks were fun too. Thank you for providing a clean and fun space for our family to enjoy.

Week of heaven!!

The house is beautiful and sits on a small lake, lots of birds, deer, and ducks. The house had everything especially in the kitchen r n which was fully stocked with basic cooking needs.Great place hope to go back soon.

Weekend getaway

The home was wonderful! The beauty of the lake and the mountains was amazing. The access to the kayaks and paddle boat was so much fun and we used them everyday! The home was a great size for the 7 of us and was stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again! And likely will!

This house is wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone (5 people) to be comfortable, well-equipped with everything that most rental properties are missing, great location to ski at Wolf Creek, comfortable beds - everything was great and in excellent condition. We will definitely want to stay here again if we are ever in Pagosa Springs again.

Incredible views!

The home was clean and spacious and very comfortable for 8 adults. Furnishings and linens were of good quality and in good condition. The hot tub was relaxing and looked out over the lake. Deck furniture was nice and plentiful. Probably the best stocked kitchen we have seen in VRBO lodging!

Great stay

The home was very lovely with amazing views. Home was very spacious for my large family. The master bathroom heat would not turn off no matter how much we tried to turn down the thermostat.

Nice house and nice amenities. Kayaks and paddle boat were great. We had challenges with the property management company who didn't address issues we had with the hot tub and didn't communicate to the cleaning staff about our late check out.

A shout out to the early check-in accommodation! The beautiful kitchen had everything anyone would need. Place was very clean with plenty of towels and wash cloths. A repeat for sure.

Cozy space

No problems during the stay, got a fishing permit at the hoa office for the week to fish from the neighborhood lakes and backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Very spacious, ample supplies provided, and excellent extras. All the comforts and conveniences of home in a beautiful neighborhood. We all loved the kayaks and supply of board games and puzzles. These hosts have put a lot of thought and care into this home. They went the extra mile and we appreciated it!

It’s nice for a big group.

The amount of space inside and out is fantastic. The kids had a great time on the lake and playing in the spacious living room. We were able to turn out some great meals in that kitchen and some awesome game nights at the table. There were some cleanliness issues we ran in to so I would suggest that you check all the linens and look under the beds upon arrival. Overall it was a good trip and the location was great.

Perfect place for family fun!

There was plenty of room for 8 people. Unless you have 2 young ones that don't mind sleeping on the pull out sofa downstairs, room for 10. The lake was fun with the kayak's. We were able to see the Balloon festival from the back yard. It is very quiet and very cozy. Has everything you need and more! The house was stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you need, many blankets and pillows, more than enough towels!

Wonderful Retreat

This is a wonderful home, stocked with the basics, very clean, and beautiful location. The large kitchen was great for our big group, the bbq came in handy, and the extra chairs allowed us to sit together at dinner as a family. So much to do, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, or simply relax in the hot tub. The rooms are very large and allowed each of us our own space. It was such a comfortable, nice home in the perfect spot. We could not have asked for a better rental for our family of 10! (The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center was really helpful with the fishing licenses.)

Family Christmas

This house was perfect for our family Christmas vacation! Great neighborhood, lots of space for kids to play, all of us to stay, and enough seats at the table for us all of us to eat together! We cooked most meals at the house, the kitchen was great. We really enjoyed skiing during the day, and even practiced skiing with the young kids in the front yard before they went up the mountain for the first time. House is also baby friendly, there was a pack and play in the master closet. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

Property was not mowed when we got there and the garbage dumpster was full of trash when we arrived. Also a bathroom door knob was falling off.
