Comfortable house and beautiful location

Loved having bathrooms in each room and a large kitchen and dining tables for our large group! Everything was clean and the fall foliage was amazing in the surrounding area!

The house is gorgeous. So much space, it’s cozy and the outside scenery is wonderful! The house has all the amenities you could possibly need - it was clean and a perfect getaway for a week- highly recommend!

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have so many rooms with king beds for all of the couples. The kitchen was stocked incredibly. It would be nice to have some a/c units in the 3rd floor bedrooms as they were very warm but the rest of the house stayed very comfortable.

Great space for large groups

What a great space for large groups! Everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with amenities, and the outdoor space was perfect for sitting outside together. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The location allowed us access to explore so many wonderful places - Pagosa Springs, Treasure Falls, Big Meadows, Beaver Creek Reservoir, Creede, etc. I highly recommend staying here.

An amazing stay for 12 adults! The house had all we could have wanted! It was a wonderful time to reconnect and spend time together. We fished, enjoyed the fire pit, did some sightseeing, and simply enjoyed time with family! Plans are to gather again!

Gorgeous Colorado Home

This place is located super close to town for the market and restaurants etc.. The home has plenty of space and large size rooms that each have a bathroom attached to them. They have multiple rooms to eat in or play games or chill and visit. We enjoyed the wrapped around porch during the day and sat around the fire pit at night. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Family reunion

The house was lovely. My family enjoyed the furnishings and the theme rooms. It was spacious enough for 11 adults and 1 teenager to have enough room to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor area with plenty of space to set up our cornhole game. Also the game room was a huge hit with our crew. The scavenger hunt was popular with the younger members of our family. We missed the seventh bedroom on our first tour of the house so it was a great source of amusement when we finally located it! Overall a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely consider it again in the future.

Perfect

Ideal stay! Way beyond expectations!! We had adults, teens, and a 7 year old and everyone was happy! Extremely well stocked kitchen, incredibly clean, a fun scavenger hunt, everyone had their own bathroom/shower/and multiple jetted tubs! Games for the evening after s’mores in the fire pit and deer sightings in the morning. We had a great time seeing the mine in Creede, hiking Church Creek Trail, fishing on the river, and doing the Revolution Co. (bikes on the tracks!) WiFi worked and we saw the Milky Way on the porch one night!

Enjoyable Stay - less than enjoyable interface with Vacasa.

The House was amazing and VERY clean upon arrival. The driveway/entrance off the county road was unplowed the day we arrived and our AWD SUV couldn't make it all the way up the driveway. Calls to the local Vacasa rep were unreturned and calls to the 800 number were frustrating. VRBO should state up front the name of the management company used if the owner is not in charge of the property.

Great House and Location

This placed was great for our reunion in South Fork. The house offered several bedrooms to accommodate everyone. It was well stocked with all the things needed for cooking. It was located to several places like Creede, Pagosa Springs and the Revolution Rail which is located in South Fork. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to come visit again.

Beautiful Home perfect for our multi family ski trip

This house was great for our 3 family ski trip with 7 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. It had a well equipped kitchen where we prepared our meals. Beautiful windows in the great room for viewing the Mule Deer who visited in the evenings. The house is a short 20 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski area which we enjoyed
