Hello Angela-I hope to provide more info for you here about what you experienced for future guests. We have a year-round pest control contract and they are always willing to come out and treat for pesky critters that find the home inviting, which has been treated again since your stay. The visit from the chief was regarding a permit process already in progress with the city and not of concern. We regret that you were visited in that way, and would love for you to come again to scenic Due North!
