Every essential awaits at EagleRidge Lodge 312, a cozy, studio-style condo that's perfectly placed within a quick walk (or a free winter shuttle ride) of the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be among the first on the slopes each morning, thanks to a private washer/dryer that can refresh your gear overnight, a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing hearty homemade breakfasts, and free WiFi to help you stay on top of the latest mountain conditions. Come home from an incredible day of skiing or mountain biking to watch a favorite movie or show on the TV and DVD player, or take advantage of the community's heated pool, hot tubs, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services, and winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions. This unit is equipped with air conditioning so you can stay comfortable while you relax after a day of adventure!

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Great Home for Weekend Getaway

Ski shuttle runs every 15 minutes, which was very convenient. The amenities were great, really enjoyed the hot tub, and the ski locker made it really convenient.

Ski Trip

Eagle Ridge is a great location for skiing. We used the shuttle to get to the base. It picked up frequently. The studio condo was great and convenient for a 3-night stay for 2 people. Be aware that this room is right above the main entrance to the building. We were there during the week, but I would think weekends could be a bit more disruptive with people coming in and out.

Great location

The lodge is in a great location. Unfortunately this unit sits right over entrance with one window the opens to the covered entrance vehicle pull through. There was no way to control the temperature. I turned off all the heating units and the unit maintained an uncomfortably warm temperature. Might be ok for a night or two but I was there for five. Would recommend building but not this unit

Convenient spot for skiing!

Everything was great, super easy walk to the gondola (shuttle available but walk was probably only about 5 min). One thing I wish I knew before booking is hot tub/pool hours don’t open til 10am

Great Spot for Skiing

This property was perfect for a quick ski trip for 2. The shuttle to and from the mountain was convenient and quick and having the town shuttle as an option was great at night. Property was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for 2!

Awesome location and staff!

Eagle ridge is beautifully maintained and very conveniently located. The staff are wonderful and treated me and my family so kindly. The pool is awesome as is the exercise facility. I would love to stay here again.

Great place for a quick trip through town.

Facility was amazing, friendly staff and very helpful. Unit was very clean, had all of you kitchen essentials and needs for a few days stay. Only reasons for the 4 star review was the bed was somewhat hard and seems to be needing an upgrade and the unit did get hot in the mid day as there was no AC in this unit. Owner did provide box fan and there was a ceiling fan in the unit that did help greatly.

AMAZING

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, easy to find, very accessible to mountain, restaurants, bars and to the very adorable downtown. The shuttle was extremely convenient and was there every 5 to 10 minutes. Service was great, room was extremely clean and had all the amenities (more than what was expected). We also loved the hot tub and felt very safe the entire time.

Nice studio with full kitchen

Nice studio with full kitchen. Staff was friendly and wearing masks. I requested to add 1 day at the front desk and they did so quickly and easily, at the same discounted rate. We had a nice time and would stay here again.

Clean. Location above front entry can be noisy. No AC but powerful quiet overhead fan. Pool and hot tubs clean and well regulated. Right price.
