Lovely place to relax in Steamboat

I booked this property for a long weekend trip to Steamboat. The property was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Great access to the mountain and local bike paths. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property!

The location was perfect for what our plans were this week. Beautiful neighborhood and we needed and were glad there was a garage, although it is not connected to the unit. The unit was fine, but the cleaning people had not cleaned the floors. There were peanut shells, dust and stickiness throughout the unit. Everything else appeared clean. The secondary bathroom leaked from the base so we could not use that toilet for part of our stay. The communication with the property management was not optimal in that regard. There is not air conditioning, which I didn't realize until right before we arrived. It would have been nice a few nights as there was a lot of smoke from distant wildfires that traveled into the area and we were breathing that in. The home did have ceiling fans and extra fans in the closets. The showers were clean, but several times we thought we might slip as the base is very slippery - they might want to put something in the tub basins to keep people from slipping and getting hurt. The kitchen accessories were good. The coffee maker needs to be replaced as the spring from the filter to the carafe is missing.

It was a good stay. The location was great and I loved having the garage. There was ample cooking utensils and although the ice maker didn’t dispense, it still made ice. Might have been nice to have more than 1 TV in the unit.

My boyfriend, parents, and I all stayed here for our weekend trip to Steamboat together in the fall! We had a wonderful time and the place was very close to downtown making it convenient. Awesome location for the ski area and will have to stay again during the winter!

Close in for skiing

The property is well located if you are planning on skiing or doing other activities on the mountain. The only drawback was the heat, the big windows and glass door face west and the afternoon sun heated the inside of the condo to over 80 degrees.

Cozy and close to shuttle stop

Easy check in. Drove straight to unit. Had to call for check in code as it was supposed to be sent to me prior but I never got it. Great place. There was also a garage opener to use for private garage. Unit is up flight of stairs. Close to shuttle stop to Steamboat Springs. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was simple and the dishes were a bit old but we made it work. No sugar, salt etc…but it did have foil. We loved that it had a boot and glove warmer and washer/dryer. Super convenient. Would stay again.
