Nestled in the heart of Vail Valley, this 2BR/2BA condo offers a perfect home base for every season. Hop on the free shuttle for world-class skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain or walk to Nottingham Lake for an action-packed day on the water. After your adventures, return home to your beautiful mountain condo to warm up by the fireplace or kick back on the private balcony. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a hot tub, pool, and sauna.

An open floor plan and rustic-chic decor create a welcoming vibe in the living area, while large glass doors fill the space with plenty of natural light. Unwind in front of the fireplace on the leather sleeper sofa, or curl up on the matching love seat and watch a movie on the 55' Roku Smart TV. Fully stocked with all the gadgets you'll need to prepare your favorite foods, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double sink. Fuel up for the day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for two, or gather for a hearty breakfast at the dining table set for six.

This home sleeps six guests total in two bedrooms. The queen sleeper sofa provides an added option in the main living area. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a 40” Roku Smart TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat screen 40' Roku Smart TV TV. Around the corner, a guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy a plethora of on-site recreational amenities. Play match at the tennis courts, then treat yourself to a dip in the pool and hot tub. For more pampering, make your way to the sauna. Once you've worked up an appetite, head to your private balcony and fire up the grill for an al fresco meal. Extra guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, parking for two vehicles, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

A prime locale with quick access to premier skiing and mountain sports. A free shuttle to both Beaver Creek and Vail will have you on the slopes in minutes. If you prefer to walk, it's just 10 minutes to the Riverfront Gondola. In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, swim, and fish at Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 8-minute walk. For a family outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances. Walk 10 minutes to the charming town of Avon and explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, hit up Loaded Joe's for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head there in the evening to enjoy live music. Location! Location! Location!

This condo is ideally located within steps of the lake, rec center, library, playground, and restuarants. One of the best equipped places we have stayed with plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. Comfy king size master bed and extra bunks in the 2nd bedroom were great for guests. The location can't be beat - with easy access to all parts of the Vail Valley. Highly recommend for a long weekend or an extended stay.

There are 3 rooms for sleeping - 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen clean and well equipped except food / leftover storage containers. Hot tub was very foamy and not to hot, about 100°. In general a good deal in a good location.

Brought my family for Christmas. Very cozy and clean. Great location with everything you might need in walking distance. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the amenities for summer. I was very pleased with this property. It was also decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday decor which was an added bonus for our time there. My twin daughters were born on Christmas so this touch made it more special. The restaurant Allies Cabin was an amazing experience as well.

Avon condo

Place was great, access was not easy and door code did not work. On hold with property manager for over 30 minutes before finally having a human pick up and gave me the correct code! Once in the condo was great. Clean and comfortable. The address given will not get you to the location with any nav app.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and well stocked. Shuttle was convenient. Pool area was a little old and outdated. On day 2 of 4 day stay the Samsung refrigerator started alarming every 30 seconds even though no door was was maddening...searched on-line for solution, but nothing worked except unplugging it while we were in the condo. Wi-fi was spotty and then quit altogether. Had to get alternate from host.

Not as good as it looks

The unit is located in a very dated condo complex in Avon, CO which is conveniently located near Beaver Creek. That’s a positive. The owner does not show exterior pics as the area is run down and dated. Uneven walkways, broken floor tiles, cracked and missing siding, slow and too few elevators. The unit was updated as advertised which was a positive. The unit is noisy. Walls are thin so neighbor noise is constant. Especially the young family renting g above. We heard every footstep and running child. The complex says three hot tubs but one seemed to be broken, some said it is perpetually broken, so the hot tub was always extremely crowded. It also got extremely foamy from all the usage. We were only able to use the hot tub infrequently due to high traffic and overcrowding. Also, we rented from VRBO website, but the listing and rest of rental was directed to Vacasa. They stopped updating VRBO’s website and didn’t respond timely to emails on the VRBO listing. That was confusing and I probably will avoid Vacasa managed property’s in the future. Avon and Beaver Creek is awesome. The condo is convenient to the bus station and also offers morning and PM ski shuttles to the gondola. A nice feature. We enjoyed our stay, but we would not rent this unit again as we’d look for a better complex in the future.

Family stay

We enjoyed our time with Vacasa and the condo in Avon, CO. The location was convenient for the purpose of travel and the cleaniness of the condo was very appreciated. The only disappointment we had was the grill not working during our week long stay and no other option for our family as we planned meals for the week.

Great location! Very centralized, I love the park it’s right next to. Very clean and delightful cabin decor. We were able to take a swim in the heated pool and utilize the hot tub as well. It was very accommodating to be able to cook there and grill also. Needless to say We were very satisfied with our stay.

Beaver Creek West is a great condo complex. The daily shuttle to the slopesis very convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and great location

We loved staying at this gem in Avon we booked last minute for Labor Day. It wa perfect for two couples and one seven year old. Enjoyed the pool, the lake, and the close proximity to BC and Vail.

stay was decent but the condo was somewhat dirty in that there was dirty sheets under the bunkbeds and dryer cloths under the master bed. Additionally the dishwashers top shelf was broken and was unable to run the dishwasher due to not being able to completly close the door. location is great

Great Location and Amenities

The location was great - right off the lake and Nottingham Park. However, because of that and the holiday weekend it was very noisy and hard to sleep. It was also hot (no AC) but fans helped. 2nd floor made it tough with small children but there is an elevator. Great unit, very clean with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Building was a little hard to find, but office was helpful. Great little patio with BBQ grill overlooking the pool which was nice and shady. Pool was nice, but dirty.
