Excellent location

Condo was right near Lionshead village. So convenient for shopping and food. Staff was super friendly. Condo itself was nice. Front bedroom could use a new dresser. Drawers are falling out. But other than that very nice and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Cleaning staff was super.

Great Location

Great property. Only downside was tv & technology. Sat Tv did not work in the master bedroom and main tv kept stopping to “download”…. Super Bowl weekend. Also, mattresses were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was great.

Great stay

All was great except master bedroom window. Needs a black out cutsin to block walkway light. Noise from people entering and exiting the walkway was also an issue at times. Thankfully there was a fan to help decrease noise.

Great location, mediocre unit

Great place to stay in Lionshead. Very convenient. Unit itself needs some updating; furniture is rickety and cheap given what you pay to stay here. The couch smelled like weed unfortunately. There’s a bright artificial light outside the master window that can’t be turned off. BYOB blackout shades.

Well maintained and very convenient location. Easy slope and dining location. My only complaint is the walk way light shines into master bedroom at night. Has shades and should really have curtains. Sounds like a silly complaint but the light is very bright. I would rent it again and bring a sheet of black plastic to tape over window. Lol

We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect place for our group of 5.4 skiers and 1 non- skier. The ground floor unit made it am easy, short walk to the gondola with no steps. As the non-skier, I enjoyed cooking hot hardy meals. The kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed grilling out one night.I took advantage of the 3 hot tubs and the heated pool using the luxurious robes. The exercise equipment was topnotch. Everything was clean and comfortable. I was surprised we had daily maid service. Another little perk was complimentary coffee, ice water and cookies in the lobby. Lions Head shopping was a short walk. This was the perfect place for our entire group. The only recommendation I have is if you are planning on packing lunches and cooking in, pick up your groceries before arriving. We will definitely be back.

Cozy and mostly convenient condo

- The staff was SO helpful, going out of their way to help with bags, parking, ski equipment etc. Probably one of the most customer service focused staff I've interacted with at Vail - The Condo was a short walk from the Gondola at Lions Head - Ski Valet was right next to the Gondola as well...although they store the equipment outside so by the morning, a coating of ice covered our snowboards. (Had to use a credit card to try and scrape it off of the bindings) - This condo is in the North building - to access the hot tub or pool, you had to walk across the parking lot and through the primary building - not horrible, but not overly convenient Condo kitchen was wide enough for 1 person at a time although the living, dining, and bedrooms were all decent size.

A slight mix up on check in

We arrived early and understood check in wasn’t until four. We killed time and even at 10 minutes before four we were told our unit wasn’t ready. When we finally got the keys and walked in to our unit….I recognized immediately it wasn’t the one I booked🤷‍♀️ Had to go back to front desk building and explain. We were finally given the appropriate room keys. Luckily we hadn’t unpacked our stuff before I caught on. Other than that- we loved our unit, it’s location, and the ability to walk everywhere. We would certainly stay there again😊

The property online said it was ski in/out but the room/building we were at was not. The online said that there was a king sized bedroom and a queen sized bedroom. There was no king sized bedroom. One of the toilets was not working when we arrived, one of the hair dryers did not work and there was a lamp in the family room that was broken. The worst part of the stay was we could not cool down the rooms at night for sleeping even after we'd turned off all the thermostats. Other than that, the location was convenient.

Perfect spot

This condo was perfect for our weekend in Vail. It had beautiful views and plenty of space for 4 adults. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable too.
