Access is provided via a smart lock with a unique code sent prior to check-in for secure, easy self-entry.

Guests have full private access to the main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, balcony, and basement rec room, including laundry facilities and outdoor spaces such as the deck, BBQ area, and firepit zone. Free driveway parking is also included during your stay.

The home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic essentials including coffee, tea, and household necessities to help you settle in comfortably.

Please note that this is a multi-unit property. The long-term tenant occupies a separate, private entrance and unit on the right side of the house and does not share your space.

For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are responsible for snow clearing during their stay unless a snow removal service is arranged for an additional fee.
