This fully equipped homely studio apartment can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. At request, parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair. This comfortable studio is situated in the Seaside District, only 100 m from the new part of Promenade and 350 m from the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is part of the “Roża Wiatrów” apartment complex with an elevator, security monitoring and shared garden space. It’s a dream come true location for all lovers of active holidays on Polish seaside. The nearest beach is one of the most beautiful and the widest of Polish beaches, internationally recognized with the ''Blue Flag'' award for its cleanliness and maintenance. The amazing hallmark of the city – Promenade – is a modern vision of holiday, filled not only with restaurants and cafes, but also an outdoor gym, fresh water springs, bike stations, playgrounds, and sensory gardens with many exotic plants. Another attractive holiday option is the Aquapark, 500 m from the accommodation. Despite proximity to touristic attractions, the area is quiet and very green. The building is located opposite a large, green square with benches and a playground for children. The historic Spa Park, ideal for evening walks, is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The entire area can be comfortably explored on bicycles, thanks to the conveniently marked bike paths and many bike rentals.
