The approximately 160 m² vacation home "Die 14" is a semi-detached house in a quiet location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which offers space for up to 11 persons.
There are 4 bedrooms spread over 4 floors with a total of 11 sleeping options: 1 bedroom with 2 box-spring double beds, 2 bedrooms each with a box-spring double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The bedroom on the top floor has its own bathroom and a small kitchen.
There are also 2 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 day toilets, a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, fridge with ice cube dispenser and a cozy living room with a large dining table and reading corner. The adjoining terrace with gas barbecue and radiant heater as well as two balconies (facing south and east) on the upper floors allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The infrared cabin in the basement invites you to relax. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby crib and high chair.
You can park your car in the garage or on the outdoor parking space in front of the garage. A storage room is available for bicycles and skis.
The location in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes and mountainbike tours in the summer season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the ski areas "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
The pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only a 15-minute walk away and offers various shopping facilities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment.
The house "Die 14" can also be booked in combination with the second semi-detached house ("Die 12") for a total of 21 people. Pets are not allowed in the house "Die 14".

Wonderful stay in perfect location

The house was absolutely perfect. Quiet, warm, especially when 10 degrees (F), plenty of Televisions (if that is necessary), easily parks 2 large vehicles (we had a 9 passenger van and an Audi A6 wagon, both fit in our allocated space easily. Very comfortable for our family of nine, ages 9 to 78. Large dining table for eating and family games.

Perfect location & apartment for a family

This apartment has a fantastic southern view from every room (amazingly), and the bedrooms are all oriented towards this wonderful southern view. The balconies are incredible too! And the ground floor deck has a working sun shade which is very handy. The kitchen is "efficient" but everything is there (dishwasher and and awesome coffee maker). The washer/dryer in the basement works well. And the off-street parking is also super-helpful. Overall our family of 5 had an excellent two week vacation in Garmisch... we will definitely try to stay here again.

Alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für 10 Personen. Wenn man in den Markt fahren will würde ich eine Taxi Fahrt empfehlen.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die Küche war komplett mit attraktivem und dennoch funktionalem Geschirr und Gläsern ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte auch alles, was man braucht und eine hochwertige Kaffeemaschine. Die Zimmer waren alle geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war funktional und auch nützlich. Es war schön, einen großen Bereich für unsere Zusammentreffen zu haben, aber auch separate, private Schlafräume zu haben.

Komfortables, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Ausstattung und Standard überdurchschnittlich gut. Es ist selten, dass man eine Einrichtung von so guter Qualität findet. Ruhige und sichere Gegend, bequemes Parken. Möglichkeit, die Garage zu nutzen. Das Haus ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, aber auch ein schöner Ort für Freunde- u. Familientreffen. Wir haben Weihnachten hier verbracht und es war in jeder Hinsicht bezaubernd.
