In short, the apartment is located one step away from the best of Cancun.
Due to its location, the possibilities of moving from the apartment are unbeatable. By foot, you are one corner from the taxi and public transport. By car, you are already in the center of Cancun and 5 minutes away from everything. The beach is really close, here in the apartment you`re located at the entrance of the Hotel Zone.
The park that connects the neighborhood allows a privileged mobility because through its connections you can walk under the shade to everywhere, cafes, restaurants, banks, oxxo, chedraui, business centers, shopping malls, etc.
Our property has two independent apartments. Nube Terraza, which this listing is about, is on the top floor of the property; however, if you need more space or you want to come with a bigger group, you could also rent Nube Parque, located on the ground floor with one bedroom, three double beds, kitchen, TV, and two bathrooms, big enough for up to 6 people. We are also happy to share with you our house rules. We are confident that by following them you will help us keep SUITE NUBE TERRAZA as beautiful and comfortable for the next guests as you will find it for yourselves upon arrival.
Our rules are few and they are simple. Here they go:
-Check out: 11 am.
-Visitors are allowed, but no parties, no events, no additional guests beyond those registered on the reservation.
-Be careful and responsible with the use of water.
-Be careful and responsible in the use of electrical energy: turn off air conditioners, lights and fans that are not in use and make sure to turn them off when leaving. Keep windows and doors closed when air conditioners are in operation.
-The minimum temperature of air conditioners, to maintain their good operation, should be 22 degrees Celsius.
-Keep the grille closed.
-The smoking area is outdoors.
-Garbage is deposited next to the parking in the black trash can and the green for organic, and is picked up daily by our staff.
-Do not dispose of food scraps in the kitchen sink, as all our accommodations have garbage and organic waste containers in the kitchen.
-Your pets are more than welcome. That`s why they are provided with a comfortable and clean mat at the beginning of your stay. Please do not allow them to climb on the furniture or beds.
-Immediately notify the hosts of any accident, damage, dirt or problems in the accommodation, as our professional cleaning and maintenance staff is in charge of keeping SUITE NUBE TERRAZA in optimal conditions and is available to attend to any need of the guests.
