Welcome to The Island — a truly one-of-a-kind private island retreat on beautiful Spooner Lake in northwestern Wisconsin. Accessible by a private bridge, this secluded 3-acre island was designed for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding weekends, multi-generational vacations, and unforgettable group getaways.

Surrounded by over 2,000 feet of waterfront, The Island offers a level of privacy and seclusion rarely found in the Midwest. On one side, you`ll enjoy 1,000 feet of shoreline on Spooner Lake with spectacular sunset views. On the other, you`ll overlook a peaceful 300+ acre Tamarack wetland teeming with wildlife and natural beauty.

This full-property rental includes access to all four buildings on the island: The Main Lakehouse, The Clubhouse, The Cottage, and The Bunkhouse & Pavilion. Together, they offer 21 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, over 11,500 square feet of living space, and accommodations for more than 80 guests.

Designed to bring people together while still providing plenty of room to spread out, The Island combines resort-style amenities, exceptional privacy, and endless recreation in a setting unlike anything else in the Northwoods.

With accommodations for 80+ guests, the four-building layout provides both privacy and flexibility for large groups.

Keep in mind, we have MANY more beds than needed, so the layout can fit many different kinds of families and groups.

The 7,500-square-foot Main Lakehouse serves as the heart of the property, featuring 15 king bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, expansive gathering spaces, and spectacular sunset-facing views of Spooner Lake. The open-concept design includes a massive chef`s kitchen with a 13-foot island, over 30 feet of dining space, multiple living areas, a sunroom, and a great room overlooking the lake.

➤ This listing includes exclusive access to the entire Island property, including the Main Lakehouse, Clubhouse, Cottage, Bunkhouse & Pavilion, heated pool, hot tubs, sport court, docks, lakefront areas, and outdoor gathering spaces.

➤ Summer stays are booked Thursday–Thursday and require a 7-night minimum stay.
➤ Base pricing includes up to 40 guests; additional guest fees apply beyond 40 guests.
➤ Pool use and heating are available for an additional fee of $250 per night.
➤ Pontoon and jet ski rentals are available separately and are not included with the stay.
➤ Pets are not allowed.
