The Space:

This charming studio boasts access to all the great amenities at Rumbling Bald, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, and a world-class tennis court. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lake Lure Beach & Water Park, Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, and downtown Chimney Rock, all within a 10-mile radius. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and historical landmarks are sure to entertain you. Golf enthusiasts will love the short drive to the area's multiple scenic courses.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior in this studio space. Stream your favorite movies on the TV, serve brunch on the scenic balcony, or play a board game in the cozy sitting area. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop burner, dishwasher, and coffee bar. After a day of adventures, get a comfortable night's rest in a soft queen bed or twin daybed, including a twin trundle bed underneath.



RESORT AMENITIES

Please note that this property is outside the Rumbling Bald gated community, but has full access to the resort located 0.4 miles from the property.

Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include a heated shared pool, two outdoor pools, a lazy river (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub, spa and wellness center, mini golf, basketball, and tennis courts, lawn games, and a playground. Enjoy two golf courses, Apple Valley and Bald Mountain, with dining options at Legends on the Lake, The Gardens, Bears Cup Cafe, and Eagles Nest.



THINGS TO KNOW


-Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, etc, may be no longer than 21 feet.

-Select watercraft/boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day including: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

-This property is managed by VueStay Vacations.



RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES

-This property is not located within the Rumbling Bald gated area, but has full access to all associated amenities.

-This property has 4 passes for guest use in the resort. Guests 11 years old and younger do not require a pass but must be accompanied by pass holding guests. Guests 12 and over MUST have a pass to use the amenities. There is not any ability to get additional passes.

-Please be sure to leave the resort passes upon departure to avoid a $50 pass replacement charge.

We loved how close we were to the wedding venue at Rumbling Bald. It was our first time visiting Lake Lure, and thought the price and the proximity were the two biggest selling points!

Relaxing Villa for a busy weekend!

We stayed in the Treetop Villa over July 4th at Rumbling Bald. It was perfect for our family of 4! So cutely decorated and stocked with everything you would need to help make your stay enjoyable! The Apple Valley pool is also a hidden gem there, away from the business of the main pool inside the gate. We will definitely be back!

Great time at Rumbling Bald

We've been to Rumbling Bald before so no real 'surprises'. This trip we had a massage, played some tennis, rented a pontoon boat and played pool, at Legends. Cons: wifi is spotty everywhere, twisty/winding roads and limited food choices. The patio furniture was a little worn, there were a few crumbs on the floor upon arrival, and the bed was not comfortable (to us) Pros: Victory Cafe, The Lake House. The views are spectacular and Rumbling Bald has something for everyone. The condo is perfect for a quick getaway for a couple or small family. The maps, board games and movies were a nice touch, nice place!
