Private guest suite in our downstairs apartment that has been newly renovated for your comfort. Private deck with hot tub and seating areas for your exclusive use. Located just a three minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. This studio features a kitchenette with butcher block counters, sink and live edge shelving. There is a bar area with seating. The living room area has comfy chairs and is near the king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower and changing area. Bring your flip flops and robe for the hot tub!

We’ve stayed here three times now, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. The home is always spotless, thoughtfully prepared, and exactly as described—if not better. Denise truly cares about the guest experience, from the small details to her quick, friendly communication. It’s rare to find a place you want to return to again and again, but this one has become our go-to. Every stay feels easy, comfortable, and special. We already look forward to coming back!

The room was great. Perfect for two people. Loved the hot tub. Driveway is a little tough to navigate in the dark, especially when you are leaving and have to back out. Some lighting on the driveway would be helpful.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was spotless. Hot tub was clean. Quiet and peaceful setting. Denise, our host, met with us upon arrival and provided details regarding the hot tub and the property. She also prepared a delicious loaf of pumpkin bread. Such a treat! We’ll stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great linens and comfortable chairs. We could not have asked for more. Perfect !

Really nice secluded location close to town!

We had a great stay and would love to book again next year! Place was very clean and there wasn’t anything we wish we had that wasn’t already included. Super close drive to downtown too. We love black mountain and this was a great place, glad we found this listing available!

Great Getaway!

Great Space

We stayed here while visiting Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Both were an easy 20 minute drive. Denise was great with communication and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again! (Loved the private hot tub)

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to downtown Black Mountain and a short drive to the Biltmore House.Denise was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for local spots to visit. Even better the second time!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and it was just as perfect—if not better—than the first!
