The condo/furnishings were nice. The view of the lake and boats from the patio was terrific. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. We loved that it was pet-friendly. However, some things at the condo need to be addressed for guests though: several slats in the vertical blinds are missing in the living room and main bedroom. The blinds did not want to open/close easily, so the afternoon sun really heated up the space. The condo was nearly 80 degrees when we checked in, so it took a while to get it cooled down the first evening. The patio looking out to the lake was really nice, but the eaves, windowsills and railings were covered in spiderwebs. The outside area just needed a good cleaning before guests arrived. Guests pay a lot of money for this condo, so things like this need to be addressed. As far as the facilty, the two pools at Regatta Bay were clear and well-maintained. However, the women’s restroom at the lower pool was filthy- smelly, dirty floors, and lots of cobwebs with spiders along the celing above the wash basin. It hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
