Signed Rental Agreement is required 48 hours after making your reservation to confirm your booking. If after reading through the rental agreement, you find that this property is not the right fit for you, then you are welcome to cancel within 48 hours of booking.

-No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying.

-Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

-Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed; we will do everything possible to ensure they are functioning properly but sometimes stuff happens. We work to fix the problem.

- We use a Ring camera to patrol the driveway, pond, and rear deck entrance of our cabin. The camera is there to ensure the safety of the property. Cameras are activated by motion. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time.

-Late check-outs: An additional fee will be charged if you or any member of your party have not left the property at or by the specified check out time unless explicitly agreed upon. The charge for the first 30 minutes is $100, an additional $100 will be charged for every 30 minutes there after.
