You'll have a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker at your disposal. Pots, pans, baking dishes, a knife block, and a full set of dishes and glassware (scaled to guest count) mean you're ready to cook from the moment you arrive. Grilling utensils are included for meals out back by the fire pit.

The living room features a 50-inch Vizio Smart TV with streaming access - pull up your favorite shows after a long day on the trails or at the lake. WiFi is provided through a reliable home network so you can stay connected when you need to.

Two community pools, both open from 11 AM to 7 PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day:

- Highridge Road Pool and beach area (with a kiddie pool), located on Seneca Trail - follow the signs within the community

- Winding Way Pool, located on Winding Way - also follow community signage



Tennis courts on Winding Way, just behind the Winding Way pool, open dawn to dusk.



Three lake and beach areas:

- Main lake beach on Highland Road, open 9 AM to 8 PM

- Twin Lake on Twin Lake Road, open 9 AM to 8 PM

- Watauga Lake with a small playground on Watauga Lane, open 9 AM to 8 PM



All community amenities require registered guests - make sure your full group is on the reservation.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and straightforward. A backup lockbox is located on the railing next to the front door. The front door has a lockable knob for added security. Two exterior security cameras are positioned on the left and right sides of the home. Your host is available to help if any questions come up during your stay.

Albrightsville puts you right in the heart of the Poconos, where a long list of outdoor adventures and family favorites are just a short drive away.

HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.
