Villa Belvedere, a little paradise on the picturesque Dalmatian coast, is an exquisite vacation home for lovers of tranquility, nature, fresh air, clean beaches, and close proximity to tourist attractions, the most beautiful Dalmatian towns, beaches, and national parks. <br><br>The beautiful and modern Villa Belvedere features four stunning vacation apartments and is situated on a 1,200 m² estate in a wonderful natural setting. In the garden, you’ll find a brand-new, chlorine-free saltwater pool (heated) with an outdoor kitchen and two lounges, all offering fantastic ocean views across the entire bay and of the islands of Drvenik, Šolta, Vis, and the smaller islets. <br><br>All apartments feature their own private terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and the garden. The following amenities are also available to our guests:<br>shared pool and summer kitchen with a De’Longhi espresso machine, 2 lounges, BBQ, table tennis, foosball, ice cream maker, storage room, beach mats and umbrellas, masks, fins, and children’s swimming gear in various sizes.<br>An extra-large freezer is also available. <br><br>The location of Villa Belvedere is the perfect starting point for exploring Dalmatia. Located right on the sea in a beautiful, quiet bay with lovely beaches, just 5 km from the UNESCO city of Trogir, 15 km from Split Airport, 30 km from Split, and 60 km from Šibenik and Krka National Park. <br>In the bay of Seget Vranjica, there are several typical Dalmatian restaurants, all right on the water, two beach bars, two small supermarkets, a bakery, and taxi boats to Trogir, Medena Resort, Seget Donji, and the surrounding islets! <br><br>Seget Vranjica is an ideal starting point for walks along the coast. Right in front of the villa, the path runs along the sea for 5 km to Seget Donji<br>. It’s also an ideal starting point for trips to Trogir, Split, Primošten, Šibenik, Krka National Park, the Kornati Islands, and the islands of Drvenik, Hvar, Brač, and Vis. <br>The beautiful beaches of Seget Vranjica are just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. <br><br>Four bicycles (free of charge) and a 150 hp motorboat are available for our guests—price upon request. <br>The villa features 8 private, shaded parking spaces. <br><br>Seget Vranjica Bay boasts a variety of beaches along its 500-meter-long coastline.
