Płowce 7 is a beautifully restored historic home dating back to 1929, nestled in the heart of the Masurian Hills and surrounded by forests and lakes. It is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends looking to relax in nature without giving up comfort. Guests can enjoy a private woodland, spacious garden, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub, whirlpool bath, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing together throughout the year.



The Space:

Płowce 7 combines authentic Masurian character with modern comforts. The house features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. During the summer season, guests also have access to an additional bedroom with a private bathroom located in the beautifully restored barn, allowing the property to accommodate larger groups. Outside the summer season, the barn room is closed and the property accommodates up to seven guests, with the living room sofa providing the additional sleeping space.



The kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, moka pot, kettle, cookware, and tableware. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available.



Outside, guests can relax in the large garden with a private woodland, hammocks, sun loungers, a barbecue area, fire pit, and outdoor gym. From mid-May until September, a 7.5-metre swimming pool is available. A whirlpool bath can be enjoyed throughout the year.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the garden, private woodland, and all outdoor facilities. Your stay includes access to the swimming pool without heating, the whirlpool bath, barbecue area, fire pit, and outdoor gym.



Guests looking to make their stay even more relaxing can also enjoy several optional experiences. The swimming pool can be heated to 25°C for PLN 150 per day during the period from mid-May to September. The sauna is available for PLN 250 per private session, while the outdoor hot tub can be prepared for PLN 250 per private session. If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know at least three days before arrival. The outdoor hot tub should be requested at least one day before arrival.



Pets are welcome for an additional fee of PLN 250 per stay. Bachelorette parties can also be arranged upon prior request for an additional fee of PLN 600. Free private parking is available on site.



The Neighborhood:

Płowce 7 is located near the peaceful village of Stare Juchy in the picturesque Masurian Hills. Lake Dobrzyń is only about 700 metres away and offers excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water. The surrounding forests and rolling hills are perfect for hiking, cycling, and enjoying the beauty of nature.



The area also offers horse riding, kayaking, and tennis courts. Zoo Safari Okrągłe is just a 17-minute drive away. Guests can also explore the charming towns of Giżycko, Mikołajki, Ryn, and the famous sanctuary in Święta Lipka, all of which are among the region's most popular attractions.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach the property is by car or taxi. Free private parking is available on site. A car is the most convenient way to explore the nearby lakes, forests, and charming Masurian towns, while the surrounding area also offers excellent hiking and cycling routes.



Other Things to Note:

The additional bedroom in the restored barn is available only from mid-May until September. During the rest of the year, the property accommodates a maximum of seven guests. The house also features a fireplace, barbecue area, fire pit, outdoor gym, and whirlpool bath. The sauna, outdoor hot tub, and pool heating are available as optional services upon prior request.
