Guest bedroom 3 features twin bunk beds and its own ensuite bathroom. The second living area is filled with natural light from oversized windows and showcases vaulted ceilings accented by beautiful exposed wood beams. Sliding glass doors open to an elevated porch with views of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean, while a spiral staircase provides direct access down to the outdoor dining and pool area. Guests should be comfortable using the stairs if needed. Garage Access: Guests may access the garage; however, garage remotes and keypad access are reserved for homeowners. Garage doors must be opened from inside the home. Fireplaces: Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use. An outdoor Solo Stove fire pit is provided for guest enjoyment. Events: Events and large gatherings are not permitted. Friends and family are welcome to visit, but occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
