Everything was great. The location to the beach was perfect. The home had everything we needed from linens to kitchen needs. The home was clean and the manager answered all questions I had before arrival. I am recommending this home to friends.

The kitchen was stocked for cooking, but did not have trash bags other than the small ones that were already in the trash can. We went through those trashed bags fast. No Kleenex in the facility at all. Did not get to use the pool because it rained the whole time we were there and it was also cold. The host was great and answered all questions and concerns. We would consider visiting again.

Beautiful Beach home

We had a family reunion over a long weekend. The house is perfectly situated about a minute walk to the beach. The house was super well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lots of space to relax and enough different spaces that you could find privacy if you wanted it. Totally recommend this wonderful property

We had a good trip to IOP. The house is nice and big, had plenty of room for two families - 4 adults plus 7 kids total. Bed rooms are nice. Kitchen has everything you need. The living room sitting area is a little small for as big as the house is, but overall it worked for a week. The biggest problem we had is that the pool was too warm to enjoy. The pool is in direct sunlight for the entire day and during the summer just warms the pool excessively. It was basically like we didn't have a pool to use, b/c the pool was like a hot tub. They really need to look into a cooling system to keep the pool cooler during the summer. We're not suggesting they keep the pool cold, but the pool temp was probably 90 degrees. It was a bummer b/c we really wanted a house with a pool and the kids barely used the pool b/c the water was just too warm for how hot it was outside. We wouldn't stay here again (in the summer), unless something changed about the pool. Would stay here in the fall, spring, or winter b/c inside is nice and spacious.
