Situated in the la Canada foothills, close to local trails and the Angeles National Mountains. It is 10 min. to Pasadena's Rose Bowl and 15 miles to downtown Los Angeles. This house is walking distance to cafes, restaurants and stores with easy access to freeways

This quiet and bright mid century home is at the end of a private drive. It has three bedrooms / two bathrooms, and an open kitchen- dining- living room with fireplace and lots of windows.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a big closet and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a double bed is in the third bedroom.
This house is in La Canada, 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles and 10 min to Pasadena, walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and markets. We have beautiful hiking trails and the Angeles National Forest is our backdrop

The garage is not included but we have ample parking possibilities on the property.
Please note there is no cable TV, however there is a large Samsung TV with Netflix, etc, however we do not have any subscriptions. There is also a HDMI cable to connect to your laptop.
There is a 45' lap pool and a jacuzzi.

Attached to the home is a separate self contained unit where my wife and I live in. We do not access any part of the main house or the pool area so you can enjoy complete privacy. However you may hear me from time to time or see me cleaning the pool twice a week.
