Close to the beach and the town, near the piazza and the fishing and yacht harbour on the Colico shore path with a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and impressive mountains. On the edge of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna. Modern two-family house with entrance via the car park at the house. Enchanting mountain panorama on Monte Legnone; with green surroundings in a sunny position in the middle of life. The quality furnished holiday home is located at the end of a 30 m long residents' driveway.
The garden gate leads into the private furnished and fenced garden with lake view and to the garden-side entrance to the holiday home. With typical Italian neighbourhood: leisure and sports service providers, restaurants, cafés, wellness hotel and country houses - all within walking distance. In 2021 a house will be built approx. 50 m behind the holiday home.
The long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards and kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats, etc.
Other beaches in the bay of Piona approx. 4 km away.
