À propos de cet hébergement
Stunning, open concept beach home, 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach
The toughest decision you`ll have here is whether to head to the beach now or in five more minutes. This spacious beach house sleeps up to 13 guests and gives everyone room to spread out without accidentally becoming roommates. The dining table seats 10 making it perfect for family dinners, card games, and spirited debates about who caught the biggest fish. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax on the deck, and enjoy the fact that nobody has to be anywhere tomorrow.
MerSea was designed around the idea that vacations are more fun when everyone can actually hang out together. The open living area gives your group plenty of room to gather, while the massive dining table seats 10 people, making it equally suited for family dinners, board games, and arguments over whose turn it is to do the dishes.
The home features four bedrooms, including two king bedrooms for those who prefer a little extra elbow room, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a bunk room that`s ready for the younger crowd with a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk. In other words, nobody gets stuck sleeping on the couch.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to ambitious seafood feasts. Outside, the large deck offers plenty of seating and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. Downstairs, you`ll find even more space to spread out with a covered patio, outdoor seating, a fenced backyard, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. It`s the kind of setup that makes it easy to spend time together while still having room to breathe.
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. That includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, the deck, downstairs patio, outdoor seating areas, fenced backyard, and outdoor shower.
The only areas that are off-limits are the garage, the locked kitchen closet and the attic. They`re used for storage, maintenance items, and all the mysterious things homeowners accumulate over time and swear they`ll organize someday.
Other than that, make yourself at home. If you can open the door and it isn`t labeled otherwise, it`s probably meant for you.
If you need anything during your stay, don`t hesitate to reach out. The fastest way to get ahold of me is through the booking platform`s messaging system since it sends notifications straight to my phone. Think of it as the bat signal, except for vacation questions.
If you`d rather call or send a text, that`s perfectly fine too. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation, have a question about the house, or discover that you`ve somehow locked yourself out while carrying groceries, I`m happy to help. My goal is simple: make sure you spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time trying to figure things out.
MerSea is located in Ramada Beach, one of Crystal Beach`s most popular neighborhoods. It`s the kind of place where you`ll see golf carts cruising around, families heading to the beach with enough gear to survive a week-long expedition, and neighbors waving at each other for reasons that aren`t entirely clear. The beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away, making it easy to go from `we should head to the beach` to actually having your feet in the sand in just a few minutes.
Crystal Beach itself is refreshingly uncomplicated. There are no high-rise hotels blocking the view, no crowded boardwalks, and very few reasons to check your email. Instead, you`ll find miles of wide, drivable beaches, local seafood restaurants, fishing spots, beach bars, and plenty of opportunities to do absolutely nothing for extended periods of time.
One of the best things about Crystal Beach is that you can drive directly onto much of the beach with a beach parking permit. This dramatically reduces the amount of time spent carrying coolers, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and all the other items that somehow become essential for a day near the water. Golf carts are equally popular and may actually outnumber common sense on holiday weekends.
Whether you`re here to fish, hunt for seashells, spend time with family, or simply sit on the deck and watch the world slow down for a while, Crystal Beach is exceptionally good at helping people remember what vacations are supposed to feel like.
Getting around Crystal Beach is refreshingly simple. If you`re trying to get somewhere beyond walking distance, you`ll probably want a vehicle. Restaurants, grocery stores, fishing spots, beach bars, and ice runs are all just a short drive away, but spread out enough that walking everywhere would quickly become an accidental endurance sport.
One of the best parts of Crystal Beach is that vehicles are allowed directly on the beach with a valid beach parking permit. That means you can load up chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and enough snacks to feed a small army without carrying everything across half a mile of sand. Your future self will appreciate this.
Golf carts are also incredibly popular and can be rented locally. Many guests use them for trips to the beach, cruising the neighborhood, or simply because driving a golf cart around Crystal Beach feels oddly appropriate.
The good news is that traffic here is usually pretty light. The bad news is that once you settle into beach mode, even a five-minute drive can start to feel like a major commitment.
