This is the beach getaway you’ve been looking for! Ocean views await you and your family at "Nash’s Landing”!
Enjoy your morning coffee or family dinners on the deck while relaxing to the sound of the waves rolling in. Sunrise views from this home cannot be beat!
This 3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin), 2 bath home has room for your perfect beach vacation. And, if needed, the living room has 2 standard size futons for extra sleeping space.
WiFi is included with the stay, and will be fast enough for TV and tablet streaming, as well as remote work.
The neighborhood private beach access is a quick ride or short walk out the front door.
** Please note, internet on the peninsula is very bad. Additionally, during a busy weekend cellular data may not work. However, we pay for premium Starlink internet at our home, and our WiFi is fast enough for most purposes. If you are comparing to another property around Crystal Beach/Bolivar that does not mention Starlink, assume the internet will be non-functional.
** Please note, for security purposes there is a doorbell camera installed at the top of the stairs. It can only monitor the stairs and a small area of the front deck.

Our trip couldn’t have been more perfect! Spotless, well furnished, stocked with all the linen and dishes that are as good as home. Large front porch with beach views! Thoroughly enjoyed with my sister and twin grandsons. Made some memories!

Do not Book! Unprofessional host.

I would rate this place and the property manager a 0 if I could. My party arrived over an hour past check in time and walked into a house that was not cleaned. I spoke to the property manager and he said that would attempt to get in contact with the cleaning company. Cleaning crew did not arrive. I received a text from the property manager stating he could not get ahold of the cleaning crew and would attempt another company. I called the property manager and told him to cancel my reservation as he did not live up to his contract. He refused and stated he would return my cleaning fee and there was a washer and dryer and we could clean the place ourselves. Very unprofessional. Least he could have done was cancel and return all funds. Over and above customer service would have been to pay for a night at a hotel.

Was not cleaned an needs updating

First of all the pictures of the home is not accurate. The place smelled musty and old upon entry. There was food and cat hair all over the floor, furniture and in the kitchen. Ants was all over the kitchen cabinets and Stove. The dish washer smelled like fish. The bedding was dirty. There was a load of wet towels in the washing machine and a load of towels in the dryer. The patio is not safe. The Railings were hanging from the balcony and the plywood is dry rotting. The patio furniture is nasty looking needs to be cleaned and painted. The living room sofas are really nasty and should be replaced. We didn’t use the living room at all because of that. We had to go to a local store and spent 65 on cleaning supplies to clean and paper plates forks and etc because we didnt want to use the items there. We had to wash the bedding and that took forever with the outdated washing machine..The host did send someone to clean the place around 7:45 pm. She mopped and did some cleaning that we didn’t do. The home has beautiful views but this was the worse weekend gettaway we have ever had. We wasted 4 hours of our Friday evening cleaning, calling and spending our money unnecessarily. I wish I could get all my money back and plan a repeat of this past weekend.

Horrible place to stay

The stay was horrible, that property and property owners are horrible. The place was not clean. The dish had been put away with food on them, had to was dishes and cups to use them. Bathroom had mold and shower curtain had mold. No filter for ac. And 2 tash bags for the stay and no toilet paper and paper towels like it had on the listing. And broken chair at dinning table and on balcony.and no remote to tv in master bedroom. The worst place I have ever stayed at through VRBO.

A great weekend at a great beach house!

The beach house was exactly as listed! Even on topless weekend at the beach, me and my guests had a really fun time away from that due to the calm and relaxing neighborhood this property is located in. The beach itself is a really short walk away. Other than your own personal belongings, this house has everything you'd need to make your stay here as easy as possible. All in all I would definitely recommend this beach house to stay at for your vacation.

Excellent stay

Stayed with a group of friends over the weekend, view, location and stay were amazing, few minutes from the beach right down the road. Beds were comfortable and very spacious. Excellent stay!

I was glad the beach was just a 3 min walk and we was able to sit on the deck and see the beach!

It was nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen! A nice lil getaway for the weekend! I would recommend it to someone if asked! My only complaint is I wished it had blinds or curtains in living room! It was hard for me to see tv with all the sunlight! It might be fine for someone else! Over all we had a great time!

We are regular VRBO travelers and this home is in a great location that is very close to the beach and is a great value! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The host is great and responds within a couple of hours. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
