Cape Cod Oceanfront Cottage - dock, view, & beach

About this space:
Easily accessible in Wareham, known as the the Gateway to the Cape.

A Nantucket style, 2 bed 1 bath w/ loft, oceanfront cottage with hardwood floors, granite, ss appliances, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, ac & heat. Our home features a yard & an unforgettable view.

Guests also have access to a kayak, tiny sailboat, kids' bikes, beach chairs, and a fire pit. We also have a simple, private neighborhood beach.

You are welcome to use your boat on our dock! It is accessible during high tide

The space:
This is a classic, simple, little beach cottage with a loft. The loft has several children's beds built into the eaves of the home. There is an outdoor shower to enjoy! We love sitting on the back deck and enjoying the peaceful view. It is incredible to jump on the boat, cruise to the ocean, find a private beach paradise, then catch some fish for dinner on the way home.

Other things to note:
There is a new high-efficiency tankless water heater that is good for the environment but does not produce very hot water unless the water pressure is low.
The ac is a mini-split unit on the first floor. It does a good job on the first floor, but the upstairs gets hot on hot days. Thankfully, there is often an ocean breeze at night.
We do not have a dishwasher.
