The Space:

Step inside and discover a warm, inviting living space designed for both relaxation and connection. The living room welcomes you with a wraparound couch perfect for movie nights beneath the mounted smart TV, while board games create the ideal setup for cozy evenings with family and friends. A dedicated desk space also makes remote work easy for guests blending vacation with productivity. Just beyond, the kitchen shines with gleaming stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a drip coffee pot and single-cup Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings exactly the way you like. Counter seating for three sits across from the dining table for three, creating an easy, social atmosphere for meals, snacks, and conversations throughout your stay.



Outside, the cottage continues to embrace laid-back coastal living with a grill and BBQ utensils ready for summer cookouts after long beach days. Plus, with beach essentials already provided, relaxing seaside adventures are effortless from the moment you arrive. Whether you're sipping coffee before heading to the shore, grilling fresh seafood in the evening, or unwinding after exploring Kennebunk’s charming coastal streets, Crosswinds offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Maine charm for your next getaway.



This cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The cottage also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in cottage.

• Parking is only available for two vehicles. On the day of check-in, we will send instructions of how / where to park to respect neighbors.

• This cottage is pet friendly, but please note the small yard is not currently fenced in. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $115 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Fun fact: The cottage was originally built in 1836 as a barn and then converted into a cottage.

• If you are a tall person (over 6'4) you might find the first floor ceilings low.
