Under 10 minute walk to Dock Square and 2 minute walk to Kennebunk River, this 1850 home has been beautifully restored and decorated.

Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.

Walk to Colony Beach or bike to Kennebunk Beach. 2 minute walk to Perkins Park on the Kennebunk River with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and steps down to the water for launching kayaks. Dock Square is a vacationer’s dream, full of restaurants, galleries and quaint shops. Stroll along Ocean Avenue after dinner on the water or settle at home for the evening with fresh seafood on the grill located on the cozy porch.

My best rental

We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. Thank you Katie for everything, we will be back!

We had a wonderful second stay at the Mary Jane House. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - we had everything we needed! The location is also perfect - a less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Katie is a wonderful host - from the thoughtful details in the house to her quick responses to questions. We can't wait to come back!

Great getaway

We wanted a quick getaway in Maine to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kennebunkport is close to family and offers hiking and birding, which we enjoy. This little house was perfect. It is clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfy beds, seating and great location. We loved the combination of old house and modern decor and modern conveniences. The modern, well appointed kitchen and bathroom were most welcome. There were plenty of places to eat locally despite it being the off season.

Charming Cozy Cottage

Our family of 5 spent a couple of nights in this home full of magical charm for a holiday getaway. House was clean, cozy, with books to read and cozy blankets. We adored the sweet touches such as the Christmas tree and decor throughout. A welcome bag and snacks was most appreciated. Would definitely come again

Christmas get away

Stayed with my husband and 2 adult children. Every detail was thought of. The location was perfect, spent each night around the table playing games. Beds were so comfy. We hated to leave. I will certainly book this property again

Great place for a girl's weekend!

Ideal location in Kennebunkport! Easy walk to shops and restaurants and even Walker's Point if you are up for it. Loved the fact the owner had a Christmas Tree decorated and lit for us upon arrival. Added ambiance to a festive girl's weekend. Definitely recommend this property! Would stay here again!

Great House for a Girl's Trip!

Cute and cozy antique home within walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport. We had three girls staying there for a girls weekend, and even though the house can sleep more than that, I think it would have felt cramped, so keep that in mind. The host was very responsive to our communications. The house was super clean and she included a bunch of nice little *sweet* touches throughout :-)
