- Pets: Dogs welcome with prior approval and paid pet fee. Please clean up the yard.

- Smoking: Strictly smoke-free and vape-free home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

- Lakeshore Safety: Life jackets are required when utilizing all provided water toys.

- Property Care: All water toys must be pulled up securely onto the shore after use.
