Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Absolutely phenomenal location, less than 50 feet away from downtown’s Front Street that has a number of restaurants, bars and quality boutique’s. The space is clean, welcoming and has a great view of the Charlevoix Drawbridge from the private balcony.

We had a great stay and the view was perfect! It was so nice to have the extra window to see downtown and the great view of Round Lake and bridge. Very clean, spacious, small but nice balcony and great location! Would stay again and recommend!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for exploring Charlevoix! The condo looked exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck overlooking downtown Charlevoix and Round Lake. It was beautiful watching the boats come and go, especially the large car ferry to Beaver Island. We shall return!

We enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed its proximity to downtown and the beach. The views from the balcony were beautiful. My only complaint is that there was not a single floor or table lamp in the main living area. I’m an avid reader and in order to read, one has to rely upon the very glaring overhead lights. Other than that, the unit is ideal.

Most Memorable Weekend

Property is next to everything — shopping, restaurants, and even fishing (caught a Cisco or Lake Herring) from the boat dock. Condo had great views of the water, bridge, and Beaver Island Ferry. It was incredibly clean and the fireplace turned on/off with a light switch. We used the hot tub and sauna as well.We’re already looking into a return trip.

Great view!

This place has everything you need for a relaxing get-away! The only disappointment was that the fireplace doesn’t work- which would have been nice to use on our cool and rainy evening. All in all I would stay again.

Perfect couples get away

Our room was ready about 4:20pm. The location is perfect! A quick (yet frigid in January) walk over the drawbridge led us to a quaint downtown area. I am gluten free and The Happy Troll provides me gluten free food options. The Vue winebar was very cozy with great subset views. The town had several shops closed for the season but it was ok because our room was so cozy! I loved the fireplace and the couch was comfortable. The only thing missing was a cozy throw to put on while you watch the waves.

Perfect weekend get away spot

We loved our stay and having a cozy room bigger than a normal hotel room. Very clean, friendly staff and no complaints. The view was beautiful even in December. Perfect location if you wanted to walk downtown Charlevoix. Loved the sauna here as well!

Great view and location

We've been to Charlevoix and wanted to enjoy some of Michigan's winter splendor. As expected the weather was wet and overcast! Our stay, however, was excellent.
