Pete Gay sleeps 11 across a layout that's built for bigger groups — a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks with an additional twin trundle that handles five kids without breaking a sweat, two more bedrooms with queens for the adults, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for anyone who lands a spot at the last minute. The living area centers on a wood-burning fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen has the essentials sorted for feeding a crowd, whether it's a pancake morning or a full sit-down dinner.
